About Us

John Karesh has been involved with personal training since 1993. John graduated from Indiana State University in 1993 with a B.S. in Exercise Science but with emphasis as a Fitness Specialist. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer, AFAA certified resistance training specialist, and YMCA Fitness Leader.

"When I first became a personal trainer the philosophy of personal training was very new to me. It was difficult to imagine having people scheduled throughout all parts of the day to train with me. I absolutely love working with people and seeing progress and change. There is nothing more rewarding than getting a new client and helping them make lifestyle changes and seeing dramatic results. It is great to know that your coaching made a big difference in their life".

John has been a trainer since 1993 and has enjoyed many success stories. He is motivated by new challenges and seeing people get results. One thing most people don't know about John is that he is the 1989 Indiana AAU state champion Triple jumper. He enjoys working with athletes and is a big sports enthusiast.


 

Manny Francia graduated from Center College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He received his Masters of Arts Degree in Medical Science from the University of Illinois. Manny holds certifications from the American College of Anti-Aging Sports Medicine Professionals (ACASP) and USA Weightlifting (USAW). He has been involved in sports, health and fitness all his life and enjoys paintball, football, track and volleyball.

Manny has a family history of heart disease and diabetes and strongly believes in living what he teaches his clients. He wants to share his fitness knowledge with others and motivate them to reach their personal best. Something most people do not know about Manny is that he was a professional paintball player and has won ten national paintball tournaments.

    I started working out with John after many years of trying many different fad diets that didn't work for me. I also have a problem with my lowerback. I really wanted to try something different and the idea of one on one training appealed to me. My initial goal was to strengthen my back and lose some weight.
